Restorative Dentistry

At Rana Dental, we focus on restoring the health, function, and appearance of your smile with modern, natural-looking dentistry. Dr. Hetal Rana and our team provide a full range of restorative treatments to repair damage from decay, fractures, disease, or trauma — always with your comfort and long-term health in mind.

Whether you need a simple filling or full-arch tooth replacement, we’ll create a personalized plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Solea Laser in Restorative Dentistry

At Rana Dental, we use the Solea® laser to elevate the quality and comfort of many restorative treatments. This advanced technology allows Dr. Rana to work with greater precision while making your experience easier and more comfortable.

The Solea laser can:

  • Reduce bleeding for a cleaner, clearer treatment area

  • Improve visibility, allowing for more precise restorative work

  • Minimize discomfort in many soft-tissue procedures

  • Replace the drill in select cases, making treatment quieter and gentler

By integrating the Solea laser into restorative care, we’re able to deliver stronger, more accurate results with a smoother healing experience.

CEREC Same-Day Dental Restorations

Rana Dental features CEREC same-day restoration technology, allowing us to design, craft, and place custom restorations in a single visit.

With CEREC, we can create:

  • Dental crowns

  • Dental veneers

  • Inlays and onlays

Benefits of CEREC include:

  • No temporary crowns or multiple appointments

  • No messy impressions — digital scanning instead

  • Strong, high-quality porcelain matched to your natural tooth color

  • Convenient, efficient treatment completed in just a few hours

Dentures & Partials

For patients missing several teeth or a full arch, dentures can restore function and confidence.

We offer:

  • Partial dentures – replace multiple missing teeth while using remaining teeth for support

  • Full dentures – replace all teeth in an upper or lower arch

Dentures are custom designed for a secure, comfortable fit and can help you:

  • Eat and speak more comfortably

  • Restore natural facial volume

  • Improve the overall appearance of your smile

Implant-supported options may also be discussed if you want added stability.

Composite Dental Fillings

When a tooth has a small cavity, chip, or minor fracture, tooth-colored composite fillings can restore strength and appearance.

Composite fillings:

  • Are carefully shade-matched to your natural tooth

  • Bond directly to the tooth for added support

  • Can often be completed in a single, comfortable visit

During treatment, Dr. Rana will remove the decayed or damaged area, clean the tooth, and place the composite material, shaping and polishing it for a smooth, natural finish.

Dental Implants

If you are missing one or more teeth, dental implants offer a long-term, stable solution that looks and functions like natural teeth.

An implant is a small titanium post that is placed in the jawbone to replace the missing tooth root. After healing, a custom restoration is attached on top — such as:

  • A single dental crown

  • A dental bridge

  • A full or partial implant-supported denture

Benefits of dental implants include:

  • Natural look and feel

  • Strong chewing function

  • Help preserving bone and facial structure

  • Long-lasting results with proper care

Porcelain Dental Bridges

If you are missing one tooth or several teeth in a row, a porcelain bridge can restore your smile with a fixed, non-removable solution.

A bridge:

  • Uses crowns on the neighboring teeth or implants as anchors

  • Holds one or more artificial teeth in between

  • Restores chewing and speaking function

  • Helps prevent remaining teeth from shifting

  • Improves facial support and overall esthetics

Bridges are custom-made from durable porcelain to blend naturally with your existing teeth.

Porcelain Dental Crowns

Porcelain crowns (“caps”) are used to restore teeth that are cracked, heavily decayed, or structurally weakened. A crown covers the entire tooth above the gumline, protecting it while restoring its shape, strength, and appearance.

Crowns may be recommended to:

  • Repair a tooth with extensive decay or large fillings

  • Protect a tooth after root canal therapy

  • Cover and complete a dental implant

  • Anchor a dental bridge

  • Improve the look of a misshapen or discolored tooth

With CEREC, many crowns can be completed in one visit, so you leave with a fully restored tooth the same day.
